During the conversion of this loft, the top floor was equipped with a garden area and a swimming pool. The pool made of Styrodur system stones is 4.50 m x 2.50 m in size. On one side of the pool, the bathing water runs into an adjacent cascade pool and from there into a narrow, elongated decorative pool. The pool is lined with light blue swimming pool foil and the cascade overflow is covered with fine stoneware.
